ShippedShipped in the August report. Override counts and rate now appear per reviewer.
The weekly report tells me how often the agent decided on its own. It does not tell me how often a person overturned that decision, or which reviewer overturns the most.
That second number is the one I actually need. A high override rate across everybody means a threshold is wrong. A high rate from one reviewer usually means that person has not been shown how the agent reaches its answer, and the fix is a conversation rather than a config change.
Counts and a percentage per reviewer would be enough. I am pulling this by hand from run records today and it takes an hour a week.
